Our Mission
We support women who seek to improve their lives personally through character development, professionally through commitment to integrity and service, and spiritually through faith formation.
About Us
Located in the middle of Los Angeles, Beverly Cultural Center is an oasis for professional women who want to bring excellence and purpose to every aspect of their lives. Since its beginning in 2008, Beverly Cultural Center has drawn on the spirituality of Opus Dei to inspire women to be dynamic agents of change and leaders of integrity in their workplaces, communities, and families. Open to Catholics and women of all faith traditions, the programs offered at Beverly Cultural Center have at their heart the dignity of the human person and the importance of ordinary work.
Opus Dei
Opus Dei is a personal prelature of the Catholic Church founded in 1928 by St. Josemaría Escrivá (pictured above). Its mission is to help people seek holiness in everyday life by turning their work and daily activities into occasions for growing closer to God, serving others and improving society. Opus Dei complements the work of local churches by offering classes, recollections, retreats and spiritual direction that help people develop their spiritual life. Opus Dei's name is Latin for "Work of God."
